Returns, Exchanges & Damages

  • We do not accept returns unless the product received is damaged.

Important Guidelines for Claims:

  • Please record an unboxing video from start to finish when opening your package. Claims regarding damage or missing items will only be considered with a valid unboxing video.

Exchange Policy
