Returns, Exchanges & Damages

  • We do not accept returns unless the product received is damaged.

Important Guidelines for Claims:

  • Please record an unboxing video from start to finish when opening your package. Claims regarding damage or missing items will only be considered with a valid unboxing video.
  • Open the package carefully using your hands only. Avoid using scissors, blades, or sharp tools, as damages caused during opening will not be eligible for claims.

Exchange Policy

  • We offer size exchanges only, and requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Exchanges are not applicable on items marked as SALE or ONE SIZE.
